Please fix the application font or the Russian text's code page!! It is impossible to use Russian in app. I see only squares. I believe that it is much easier to learn Finnish from Russian language. Because they have more common than English. For example they both does not required dummy constructions like "it's raining" = "sataa" = "идет дождь" or "There is a tree in the park" = "puistossa on puu" = "в парке (есть) дерево". I really want to give you 5 stars.

App is okay for basic vocabularies. But I am pissed up with the way it handles subscription. At some point I have installed the app and just let this be without accepting any subscription or trials. But today I was shocked knowing that it had charged me 9.99 Euros/month since last 4 months without me knowing anything. It should have explicitly make it known that I would be charged. Not sure what I can do now !!

I have tries Duolingo, Simple Finnish and Speakly. This is a better app for learning Finnish. It contains vocabulary, conversation, listening, grammar tips... All using a kind of SRS learning method. I love it and I can see progress!

If you don't pay for a subscription, you can only test how the app works, not learn much of a language. (You get one free study module, the rest is locked.) The way the app tests your active skills is limited. You are only asked to type singular words (with a limited set of letters given), the rest is mostly 'put the given words in the right order'. Also, the translations of especially sentences can be quite free (not literal). Maybe good to pair with some other learning tool, like flash cards?
